The Cooperative is governed by the board who get mandate from the General Assembly of the the Cooperative. The Board is composed of nine (9) members.

The Office currently has Four (4) members of staff i.e, the Manager, Cashier, Credit Officer and a Security Guard. These are responsible to run the operations of the office on a daily basis. This team is under the supervision of the Board of Directors.
